Chapter 11 Conclusion

Despite a dark history, the NYPD is showing signs of improvement, starting with opening up their records. This enables the public to assess areas of improvement for police to better serve our community.

While there lies a long road ahead, by taking positive actions and maintaining an open conversation, there is a hope for a better future.
